For the Beam Center 2024 -
2025 season, we proposed a
pavilion which is a meditative
space and art installation.
It connects to the surrounding
natural environment through
the flow of rain water. During
a warm summer shower, the
structure channels water to
its interior, where a garden
grows around a seasonal vernal pool.
Rain or no rain, it is a peaceful
space for contemplation.
